She was not only extremely knowledgeable about her products, but also had our back with daily updates. When FedEx delivered the heavy frame to a neighbor's house, she rushed over with a dolly, in pouring rain & helped my husband get it across the street & into our garage!!! She also provided complete set up. This lady takes great pride in her store and it is obvious it is more than just business. She cares!!"
